The Pulse Network announces merger and increased market presence

The Pulse Network, Inc. (TPNI), a digital marketing platform company and GTE Sales Consulting, Inc. (GTE), a New York and London-based consulting organization, announce their merger. StarTrack, Inc. is the name of the newly formed company. This name was chosen to reflect StarTrack’s solid commitment to helping companies obtain stellar results and achieve trackable metrics from their investment in training. Together the two companies offer the most comprehensive solution set available to help clients make their sales and marketing strategies work.
GTE is comprised of two separate companies, GTE/US and GTE/Europe. TPNI has completed merger agreements with GTE/Us and signed a letter of intent with GTE/Europe. The European merger is expected to be finalized in early June and will strengthen StarTrack’s ability to serve clients in European countries. Combined 2016 revenues for TPNI and GTE, including both US and European operations, exceeds $40 million, making StarTrack one of the largest sales training and consulting firms in the world.
Newly formed StarTrack will also offer services for the legal industry starting in Massachusetts, Colorado and California. With increased competition in the industry StarTrack will help to differentiate their clients through branding, online awareness and lead generation through existing proprietary programs. StarTrack has also targeted marijuana distributors with proven solutions for: 1) Winning Major Sales Opportunities 2) Managing Enterprise Accounts 3) Managing Sales Territories and 4) Growing Sales through Channels and Alliances.
