Integration Matters today announced the appointment of Hans Delleman as their new GSD

HATTINGEN, Germany, September 28, 2016

Integration Matters today announced the appointment of Hans Delleman as their new Global Sales Director. He will steer the integration service company’s sales strategy and bring their nJAMS solution to new customers and countries.

Hans Delleman, who will be based at Integration Matters’ German headquarters, has amassed over 20 years of enterprise software experience through his work at start-ups and midsize organizations. He has held senior roles at Progress Software and TIBCO, and possesses a deep knowledge of market trends and insights into development opportunities.

Hans stated that a major draw for him was the innovation culture of Integration Matters, together with the strength of their nJAMS (Not Just Another Monitoring Solution) portfolio. This product range addresses the challenges faced by digital enterprises when endeavoring to drive operational excellence.

“Economic digitalization is changing the way we process our business, customer demands and behavior,” said Hans Delleman. “To take advantage of this, you need end-to-end visibility of your business processes and business data in real time across multiple integration platforms, multiple applications and sometimes even across multiple companies. Integration Matters is today the only supplier able to deliver that, out-of-the-box. I am excited to be joining this innovative environment, where the customer is truly still the king.”

Abdelghani Faiz, co-founder and managing director of Integration Matters, explained, “Hans’ extensive experience and know-how is a perfect fit to us and supports our fast growth. Our Blue Chip customers recognize the need for end-to-end process visibility to respond to business issues and opportunities in real time. His appointment reinforces our commitment to expansion and highlights how the company has become a leader in its sector – by continuously adding functionality and new integration platforms such as Mulesoft, SAP, Oracle to our nJAMS flagship product.”

Abdelghani Faiz added that the nJAMS solution solves some of the inefficiency problems associated with traditional process development and root cause analysis. It does this by capturing real-time details of all the critical processes that are necessary to drive business excellence. As a result, customers can respond to business issues and opportunities much faster.
