GoodLife Associates receive a number of substantial benefits when they join the company. On top of receiving a free GoodLife membership, they also receive a complimentary membership for their spouse as well as two discounted friends and family memberships. “I started with GoodLife over 20 years ago and it’s been incredible to watch our company grow while our culture remains the same as the day I joined the team,” said Alana Free, GoodLife Fitness Vice President of People and Culture. “Our entire company revolves around seven core values: caring, trust, integrity, passion, peak attitude, happiness and personal fitness,” continued Free. “One of the best things about working for GoodLife is that because we are constantly growing and evolving to help our Members, the growth potential for our Associates is unlimited.”
GoodLife Fitness also puts a focus on recognition and rewards for Associates.
