WASHINGTON, January 25, 2018
EDENS, a leading national retail real estate developer, welcomes two new retail partners – Luna and Simplyput – to Andrews Square, a premier Atlanta retail center. These two additions are set to open this spring.
Luna, a contemporary women’s clothing boutique, offers a wide selection of clothing, jewelry, accessories, handbags and intimates. With their flagship at Andrews Square, Luna has been a fashion destination hosting favored brands, like Amanda Uprichard, Parker, Joie, Misa and Vince, for 20 years. Opening their second location in Atlanta, Simplyput, a boutique paperie and gift store provides quality custom stationery and unique gifts for all occasions.
“At Andrews Square, we are committed to preserving the local, distinct character that makes the West Village such a unique neighborhood in Buckhead. The renovations and curation of Andrews Square has been intentional toward our vision of a place that is rooted in the history while also enriching community,” says Herbert Ames, Senior Vice President – Development at EDENS.
As one of 12 Atlanta properties owned by EDENS, including Moores Mill, Merchant’s Walk and Toco Hills, Andrews Square embodies the EDENS philosophy of community enrichment. Playing a pivotal role in the relocation and preservation of Henri’s Bakery and fostering key relationships with local retailers, including Lucy’s Market, Poppy’s and Boxwoods, EDENS has invested in the revitalization of the West Village neighborhood.
A place for the community to gather, Andrews Square offers a variety of shopping, fitness, dining and entertainment. From meditation and a healthy bowl at SAMA, to fresh Italian food and craft cocktails at Bar Americano, Andrews Square has become the hub of the West Village.
