Don Ross Joins Trustpilot

NEW YORK, November 2, 2016

Today global online reviews platform Trustpilot announces the appointment of Don Ross as President of Americas. Ross was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of BankRate.com, where under his tenure he and his team grew the personal financial service website’s revenue from $79M to over $550M in under nine years. Based in the New York City office, Ross will focus on further growing Trustpilot’s business and revenue in North America as the company expands its focus on financial services.

Previously, Ross served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Harris Connect, Inc., repositioning the legacy print directory business to help drive $90M in annual sales. Prior to which Ross was the SVP of Sales at Worldweb.net, where he helped grow the firm from a small angel-backed start up to a formidable player in the content management software space.
