AnyClip Expands to New York and London
NEW YORK and LONDON, August 4, 2016
AnyClip, a leading provider of data-driven video ad solutions that engage viewers through personalized premium content, today named Adam Hopkinson as Managing Director, Europe, and Jason Cesare VP of Sales, North America. AnyClip also announced the launch of new offices in New York and London, as part of its accelerated growth strategy.

During his four years at Unruly, Jason helped significantly grow the company’s footprint on the East Coast and Canada as Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region. Prior to Unruly, Jason served as Director of Sales at myYearbook.com, building out the company’s video platform and helping position myYearbook.com as the third largest and fastest growing social network in the US at the time. He also held a variety of sales and leadership positions at Cynopsis Media, Music Choice, Fox Cable Networks, BET and NBC Universal.
Hopkinson joins AnyClip from leading publisher Ziff Davis. “I’ve spent a long time in media agencies and publishers,” he added. “And there is an issue that is consistent across both – the need to make video advertising work harder for users, publishers and advertisers. I joined AnyClip because I’m excited to introduce its unique solution to publishers, agencies and advertisers, giving them the ability to dramatically improve success metrics.”
For three years as Ziff Davis’ VP Sales and Commercial Operations, EMEA, and International Commercial Director, Adam ran the sales, ecommerce, creative, programmatic and operational departments. Prior to that, he spent two years as Commercial Director for IGN Entertainment, which was acquired by Ziff Davis, running the sales, creative and delivery departments. Prior to that, he spent thirteen years at Target Media in various roles, ending up as Group Trading Director. Adam also founded Pipersoft, a software company providing accounting and analysis applications to the marketing and advertising industries, and has served as a non-exec director for Candyspace, WPP’s mobile creative agency.
In 2015, adtech veteran Gil Becker joined the company as CEO. Shortly before that, the company announced a $21 million round of funding. AnyClip’s investors include Russian Businessman Roman Abramovich, leading Venture Capital fund Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP), GTI Capital, headed by former President and CEO of Sony America, Michael Schulhof, and Limelight Networks.
